I'm just learning to live my life oppossed to dying. To not let my anxieties and fear get ahold of me and prevent me from living. It's really opened my eyes to the beauty of the world. To see the better side of people and love with my heart. It is just a great way to live life.

I love all kinds of music. There is music for every moment of your life. It can release you when you need it to. I listen to things like Ani Difranco, NIN, APC, Tool, Phish, etc. I listen to everything from hard rock to classical. I'm always up to finding new music.

Sometimes you have to write because all the stuff in your head is swirling around so fast, that if you don't write it, you may never understand what's going on. This is my space to do just that. You can come along for the ride if you'd like.

Quotes that have touched me.

"We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience."

"There is no excellent beauty that hath not some strangeness in the proportion." Sir Frances Bacon

"So divinely is the world organized that every one of us, in our place and time, is in balance with everything else." Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

"One doesn't discover new lands without consenting to lose sight of the shore for a very long time." Andre Gide

"Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives." William Dement

"You try to give away what you want yourself." Lois McMaster Bujold

"The worst sin - perhaps the only sin - passion can commit, is to be joyless." Dorothy L. Sayers

"Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness forces you to grow beyond what you were." Cherie Carter-Scott
